Il\u00a0<i>corion<\/i>\u00a0presenta uno spessore di circa 1 millimetro (una sua parte \u00e8 differenziata a formare la\u00a0placenta), internamente al corion si trova la membrana amniotica \u00e8 molto pi\u00f9 sottile del corion.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;padding-left: 30px\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Fino alla 8-9<sup>a<\/sup> settimana le due membrane sono nettamente separate dalla cavit\u00e0 coriale.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fertilitycenter.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/membrane-amnio-coriali-2.png\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\" ><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-40945\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fertilitycenter.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/membrane-amnio-coriali-2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"574\" height=\"420\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.fertilitycenter.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/membrane-amnio-coriali-2.png 574w, https:\/\/www.fertilitycenter.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/membrane-amnio-coriali-2-300x220.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 574px) 100vw, 574px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;padding-left: 30px\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">In seguito le due membrane si accostano progressivamente con l&#8217;avanzare dell&#8217;epoca gestazionale\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fertilitycenter.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Membrane-amniotiche-a-13settimane.png\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\" ><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-40936\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fertilitycenter.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Membrane-amniotiche-a-13settimane.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"574\" height=\"402\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.fertilitycenter.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Membrane-amniotiche-a-13settimane.png 574w, https:\/\/www.fertilitycenter.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Membrane-amniotiche-a-13settimane-300x210.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 574px) 100vw, 574px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;padding-left: 30px\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Arial, 'Lucida Grande', sans-serif;font-size: 18.6667px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">Dalla 13<sup>a<\/sup> settimana le due membrane\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Arial, 'Lucida Grande', sans-serif;font-size: 18.6667px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">\u00a0si fondono<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">\u00a0in conseguenza\u00a0del fatto che la cavit\u00e0 amniotica si ingrandisce molto pi\u00f9 rapidamente del sacco coriale.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-family: 'comic sans ms', sans-serif\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif\">La fusione tra la\u00a0<i>membrana\u00a0<\/i><i>amniotica<\/i>\u00a0e quella\u00a0<i>coriale<\/i>\u00a0avviene durante il 3-4\u00b0 mese di gravidanza.<\/span> <\/strong>Tra i due foglietti rimane solo un sottile strato di tessuto areolare.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fertilitycenter.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Membrane-amniocoriali-fuse.png\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\" ><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-40953\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fertilitycenter.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Membrane-amniocoriali-fuse.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"744\" height=\"460\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.fertilitycenter.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Membrane-amniocoriali-fuse.png 744w, https:\/\/www.fertilitycenter.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Membrane-amniocoriali-fuse-300x185.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 744px) 100vw, 744px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;padding-left: 30px\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">In seguito la membrana coriale si fonde con la\u00a0<i>decidua<\/i>\u00a0<i>capsulare<\/i>, e poi quest\u2019ultima con la\u00a0<i>decidua<\/i>\u00a0<i>parietale<\/i>, cos\u00ec che verso la fine del 3\u00b0 mese la cavit\u00e0 dell\u2019utero\u00a0risulta obliterata. Alla fine del\u00a0parto, le membrane amnio-coriali sono espulse assieme alla placenta.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;padding-left: 30px\"><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Funzione selle membrane amnio-coriali:<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">La loro <span style=\"font-family: 'comic sans ms', sans-serif\"><strong>funzione<\/strong><\/span> sembra essere, oltre che <span style=\"font-family: 'comic sans ms', sans-serif\"><strong>protettiva<\/strong><\/span> anche <span style=\"font-family: 'comic sans ms', sans-serif\"><strong>secernente<\/strong><\/span>, nei confronti del\u00a0ricambio\u00a0di <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fertilitycenter.it\/gravidanza\/liquido-amniotico-2\">liquido amniotico<\/a>, <span style=\"font-family: 'comic sans ms', sans-serif\"><strong>e metabolica<\/strong><\/span> dato che regolano lo scambio di alcune sostanze nutritive tra compartimento materno e fetale.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;color: #000000\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'comic sans ms', sans-serif\">PATOLOGIE DELLE MEMBRANE &#8211;<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;padding-left: 30px\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;color: #000000\"><strong>Amnion<\/strong> <strong>Nodosum<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0\u00e8 una lesione nodulare della superficie dell&#8217;amnios sul piatto coriale o attorno al cordone ombelicale. I noduli sono costituiti da multiple <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fertilitycenter.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/Amnion-nodosum1.png\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\" ><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-20171\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fertilitycenter.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/Amnion-nodosum1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"227\" height=\"201\" \/><\/a>aggregazioni di cellule squamose epiteliali derivate dalla vernice caseosa e detriti cellulari. I noduli,\u00a0<span style=\"font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Arial, 'Lucida Grande', sans-serif;font-style: normal;font-variant: normal;line-height: 17.68px\">di colorito giallastro,<\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Arial, 'Lucida Grande', sans-serif;font-style: normal;font-variant: normal;line-height: 17.68px\">\u00a0<\/span>presentano un diametro di \u00a0circa 2 mm di grandezza.
